God allowed bad things to happen to Job, but He was still in control the whole time. Satan couldn't do more than God would allow. And God only allows things for a reason. Isn't that good to know? We live in such an evil world, and I am so glad that God is in control in my life. Any bad things He allows is to draw me closer to Him and strengthen me. Satan cannot bring more evil than God allows.
